Have You Ever Had a Frustrating Day?
May 12, 2010
Good Morning,

I had a really bad morning emotionally today. Things just did not seem to be going right for me. Frustration hit me hard. I had to leave my home office and sit in my mobile office (car) for a while reflecting, having self pity and praying.

Of course, the self pitying did not work. But after talking with God and reflecting, I started feeling much better because I realized that during these times, I am to be relying on my written plan and not my emotions.

I came back to my office raring to go, getting back to my plan that I know will bring more success.

And this is what I teach those who work with me to do. We develop a personalized written plan together that they agree works for them and then I help them stick to it, for better or worse.

I am all better now. How about you?
