[Household Budget] The secret to planning a family budget
October 07, 2010
Hi!

What is the secret to planning a family budget? Making it personal. Too many people try to use a cookie cutter approach and simply copy someone else's spending habits and then wonder why their budget is not working.

You have got it to make it personal and you have to be committed to it. I have some new friends up in Canada and we are working on this very thing. And you know what? There is joy and relief as they see that they CAN do this.

And so can YOU,! However, your budget will not work in month 6 if you quit after month two or three. So get going, make it personal, and let me know if you need some help to save money, get out of debt, and live financially free!

Until next time .....

Money Saving Quick Tip

Is Debt Controlling YOU?

One thing that you could do if you are noticing that debt is controlling every aspect of your life is to start making some changes in the way you spend money, what you spend money on, how much you are spending and anything else within your daily routine that might need to be changed a little to ease you from some of your financial struggles.

Sit down and really give this a great deal of thought, instead of crying all the time, wishing, hoping and just waiting for something to change, without doing anything to make it happen.

Get started doing something now!
